Town Lake Neighborhood Association represents all condo owners in the Rainey District who are concerned about the high density development in the area and the impact it is having on the neighborhood. The boundaries of Rainey District include Waller Creek on the West, North IH35 to the East, East Cesar Chavez to the North and Lady Bird Lake to the South.

To highlight growth issues and find solutions to minimize effects.

when our concerns interact.

ADVOCATE
For infrastructure improvements to match growth issues: traffic, parking, sidewalks, pedestrians, bicycles,
scooters, access for firetrucks, EMS,public transportation.
