Neighborhood Updates

Rainey Mobility Plan  -

was issued by Austin Transportation on Jan. 2nd and it includes a variety of options for improved mobility.

Some Community Fun  -

Thanks to EVERYONE who came out for the 70Rainey Sunset Happy Hour.  We had 200+ folks show up to check out the view and visit with some neighbors.

DID YOU KNOW.....

That the Rainey Neighbors Assoc. and Town Lake Neighborhood Assoc. are merging?  Yep, we are combining the two organizations.  We've passed the By-Laws and are completing the legal process to launch in early March!

Wanna Get Involved?

  • We are looking for folks to show up at City Council on Thursday, Feb. 20th Noon - 1 PM to support 2 neighborhood speakers.

  • A group from Australia is looking for a tour guide in June to show them around Rainey and discuss the history of the neighborhood.  Contact us at raineyinfo@gmail.com if you're interested in being the guide.
